Your holiday villa provides
The house includes 2 independent apartments on 2 floors.
Each flat has it's own entrance and includes a living and dining-area with an attached kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms with 2 accommodations each, and a bathroom.
Both flats furthermore have double convertible sofas in the living-rooms. The downstairs flat has an open fireplace.

Eastwards in front of the living-room, the upstairs flat has a balcony. The downstairs flat has a terrace.
|
|
|
In front of the house there is the swimming pool which is framed by a sun terrace and has a counter current flow system. Sunshades, deck chairs and other garden furniture are available.
Behind the house there is a small garden with a high terrace and other garden furniture.
By the south side there are an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
|
A washing-machine is installed in a separate room under the outer staircase.
In case that the villa should not be rented as a whole, the two  holiday apartments can also be let out separately.
For groups of more than 10 persons, another 6 beds are available at the sibbling villa Francesca.
